About Us - Who we are

Lisa Stockwell, Principal

Lisa works with leaders and team members alike to help them provide the best service to their clients while experiencing true satisfaction at work. She brings a wealth of practical knowledge to the role with over 25 years of experience in the professional services environment and supports the strategic direction of firms with a relevant and useful HR toolkit.

Lisa has a passion for neuroleadership and how that applies in the workplace, particularly in relation to performance development, coaching, leadership and other interpersonal interactions.

Importantly Lisa has a reputation for being approachable and empathetic while offering clear and practical advice that achieves the best outcomes for the firm and its team members.

Lisa is a Certified Professional member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, a Results Trained Coach and holds a B Commerce, B Business (HRM) and Graduate Certificate in Management.  In addition, Lisa has a strong interest in mental health in the workplace and holds a current Mental Health First Aid certificate.

Where we work and who we work with

Camben HR Consulting is based in Brisbane and works closely with law firms and other professional services organisations that do not ordinarily require a full-time internal HR professional or training providers.
